TurboFil's automatic rotary single chuck capping machine is a workhorse for moderate to high volume capping jobs. The capper is available with either magnetic clutch or servo control or torque. Bottles are moved through the stations using an indexing star wheel. The system can be ordered as a freestanding machine to attach to an existing conveyor, or with a dedicated conveyor and automated feeder.

This capper is particularly suitable for hard to handle bottles such as soft plastics, and odd shapes. The gentle handling of the cap and bottle eliminates marring of the finish, which is especially important for cosmetics and many other applications.
