If you require a high precision filler, TurboFIl has a solution for filling both syringes and small vials. This filler uses a ceramic pump that is rated for a precision of 0.5% and accuracy of 1%. The higher precision is due to a number of factors:

• The pump is seal-less and valve-less.
 
• It is machined to a tight tolerance.
 
• It is driven by a stepper motor.
 
• Contact parts are ceramic, stainless and Teflon.

For vials it includes a stainless steel nozzle (other nozzle materials are available for special situations) and for syringes, a holding fixture to match the tip type. The unit is all stainless steel and comes standard with a 1 liter stainless steel hopper. It has a PLC and the user interface is via a Touchscreen and hard switches for key functions.
