Functions

TurboFil has experience with incorporating a full range of functions into its Monoblocks and In-Line systems.  In addition, TurboFil will work with other OEM's to integrate additional functions to meet the customer's specific requirements.

• Liquid filling: TurboFil's Monoblocks will accept various dispensing systems upon client preference, including piston, gravity, pressure, peristaltic.
• Stoppering / plugging / fitment insertion: Automatic stoppering is performed with full or partial insertion. The Monoblock can automatically insert various sizes and shapes of stoppers, plugs, dipsticks, wipers, fitments, pumps and orifices into the container.
• Screw capping: Our capper is equipped with a torque adjustable clutch for reliable and consistent capping
• Crimping: For aluminum and tin closures (see crimper page for more details.)
• Orienting and feeding: Via vibratory or centrifugal bowls to orient and supply container parts (bottles, caps, brushes, wipers, droppers, etc.)
• Ball dropping: For nail polish or paint mixing.
• Full system integration with all associated machinery available.
