Video Presentation: Monoblock for Dual Cartridge Filling and Piston Insertion
This video shows a semi automatic system for filling and assembly of dual barrel syringes. Syringes are placed in pucks by the operator. The machine automatically fills the barrels with two different highly viscous materials. Plungers are placed automatically and a vacuum system is used to seat the plungers securely against the material.
