Bottle and Vial Crimpers
TurboFil offers semi and fully automatic pneumatic crimpers for neat and accurate crimping of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products such as perfume bottles and medication vials.
All our crimpers are of the collet type. Different collets are available for different size and styles of caps. Our design is unique in that it does not put downward pressure on the bottle, reducing the risk of broken bottles.
We also make crimpers requiring custom tooling.
